Keith
Service Reliability & Operations
Keith brings experience in application and production support, with a practical focus on how services operate day to day. His background includes incident, problem and change practices, operational governance and vendor coordination. He pays particular attention to the responsibilities and working arrangements behind service continuity.
Franky
Service Governance & Delivery
Franky brings enterprise service management and production-operations experience, alongside governance, transformation and programme and portfolio delivery. His perspective connects cross-functional service leadership with the decisions, responsibilities and coordination needed to move change forward.
Andrew
Infrastructure, Cloud & Operational Resilience
Andrew brings infrastructure and APAC technology leadership experience across cloud and hybrid environments. His background includes operational resilience, disaster recovery and continuity, together with AI strategy, intelligent automation and the use of AI in technology operations.

NEITH’s primary focus is growing and established SMEs in Australia and Hong Kong, with remote advisory elsewhere in Asia where suitable.
Discussions and workshops can take place remotely, at a client’s site or in a hired venue where appropriate. The format depends on the work and the arrangements agreed.
